Mr. Molini:  I wonder if we ought to consider, with counsel, sending a letter to Director Raby, thanking him for this presentation and delineating our strong support for their current program, and even though it is out of his hands, maybe in some way urge him to be even more aggressive, based on the difficulties, financial difficulties, something to that extent…

Goicochea:  I have a motion on the floor, the record should reflect the counsel status subject to the motion that was made similar to Director Raby, from SEC, for his, number one, continued support and update that he gave today; that we will continue to support his five-year plan and that we will long move forward with increase in funding as needed to make that possible.  (Motion voted on and passed)
