On February 28 the BLM will hold a “trap site” adoption of yearlings removed from Fish Creek. The adoption event will be held at the Eureka Fire Station. Information can be found here: http://www.blm.gov/nv/st/en/fo/battle_mountain_field/blm_programs/wild_horse_and_burro/Fish_Creek_Wild_Horse_Gather/adopting.html
We created an “adoption booklet” about Fish Creek including information about the range and the wild horses. The booklet will be loaded onto our Magazine site when finished. We are including a draft here in case you might be interested in adopting one of the wonderful horses from this Herd Management Area. This pdf will be reloaded tomorrow night with pictures of all available horses. Click here or image to go to pdf LoadWHEDraft_Brochure
